His heart is still with serving our Union. And living off of our dues payments

In all seriousness I have nothing against Jerry he's done well for most sites in the past. Nothing lasts forever though and its probably a year or five beyond the date he should have retired. Just reread your posts from the past few days of your conversations with Jerry and FPD and you'll see why I say that.

Let's sum it up here.....1) The "rumor" started as him resigning, then the conversations on here has him...2) retiring April 1; 3) denying he was going to retire; 3) would no longer be our contact or representative effective Feb 7th; 4) will be retiring sometime this year, date unknown; and last but not least....he will "be with PATCO forever".....Well, hokiefan, I guess it all "Depends", huh?

Oh my I hope Jerry is ok. This looks to have come suddenly.
Mr tuso / patco has always done well by us. When the occasional complaint from a staff member occurs, all we need to do is put up the cba and service contract act, side and side, and then ask "what are you complaining about?"
Please post if you hear why he is leaving, and our shop steward will contact jerry soon as well. Being a night owl it is sometimes hard to find out goings on during bankers hours.

would have been nice if tuso had sent all the union stewards an e-mail what his intentions were.

I guess he "selectively" sent letters out to some of the reps. Our rep got a letter about the Feb 7th date.....
