Sounds good but I wish they would also give SWO's a hefty raise instead of the "ADMIN" day.

What was presented to me by PATCO as a forwarded email attachment was a "proposal" from my contractor. Okay, a hardball negotiating position - the end result will be better. In this economy and what is happening with wages and bene around the country, socking it to us is grossly inappropriate. I gave my calcs from the proposal to Sam. If they really want to kill the Sunday differential, the pay raise needs to be no less than 6.57% to realize a net 3% pay raise not considering any nonsense with the other perks - and kill it all the way, as my Sunday crew all work <40 hours. BTW, sick leave is just a name change (thanks POTUS B.O.), but there is no change in how it works compared to Personal Leave. Attempting to steal our Good Friday paid holiday is just an insult. Admin days are a waste unless you are training someone. I was told years ago that the FAA wants to see an effort from the contractors in negotiating CBAs - I hope that is all that is going on.
