kcfan. For first right of refusal to be an issue to begin with, a company must win the contracts in order to be able to make the offer of employment. It appears that you need the resumes to satisfy the requirements to win. So how does one win without getting the resumes? The short answer is that they don’t. I do not believe your statement is correct, if a Senior Observer refused to provide their resume, the company in question would simply solicit and include the resume of another qualified candidate for the position. Not even sure why we are having this conversation, why would a Senior Observer even want to take this risk?... unless they just simply do not want to work for the incoming contractor that is. Then, and only then, does it make sense. I'm personally done with the resume conversation, people can do what they want to do.

Snowspinner, George Curtis is co owner of Weather One Services. Worked for them for a number of years. Best company I've worked for so far!!! Thanks for the correction Chachiman.
