Beginning June 28 2016, partial 5-MIN observation data became available at www.wrh.noaa.gov/zoa/getobext.php?sid=KOAK
It comes via ZOA (Oakland Center). The wind is in MPH. The Weather and Cloud parameters are not in the 5-MIN data, only in METARs/SPECIs.
Type in the airport ID in the "Enter 4-letter airport id" box, or modify the KOAK in the URL to the weather that you want to view.
This 5-MIN data is available for civilian ASOS and AWOS sites that send weather via the ADAS.
