I am almost positive that the reason these awards are being delayed have to do some with the sequester, but mostly with a few protests that I am hearing about with people trying to sub-contract and stuff like that. I know no details, but with all the government has going on right now trying to iron out the budget, they have not had time enough probably to address the protests. I would imagine though we here a definitive answer on the contracts very soon. I would say within the next week, we would have to hear something definite from the CWO head office in Washington, D.C.
