Folks,
I have updated and reformated the letter some, and is attached in it's original form.
Please use for your own needs & make changes where ever you think it is needed, for your specific usage and planned audience(s).
I would suggest that you also attach the the power point file from the western region, dated March 5, as there are several references to dates, etc., in the letter.
... also ... to date this is the only piece of hard evidence that the FAA plans to shut the whole program down by middle of Summer, 2013.
