Here is a power point presentation that was released this morning.
The work was a combined effort by many observers from several sites.
I will let the main players in this project come forward when they seem fit.
Please note a couple of things:
1 - Slide 11 mentions the FAA is "attempting". As of today we still do not have anything official from headquarters.
So unless you believe the power point from the western region, dated March 5 and/or the screen shot from a NWS briefing is official, you may want to either hold off until we get updated slide data as we proceed, or you may want to point out to whoever it is being sent to or shown to, that we believe there is an effort underway at the FAA to either cut down or eliminate the CWO program completely, but nothing is official as of this morning.
2 - It is geared towards non-professionals in the field, media / politicians, and should be presented as a possibility.
As with the letter, I am sure future updates will arrive. Also other versions based on the audience.
