Quality of the observations.
It's easy to say all sites to report LAWRS level of observations but in reality, are they doing that correctly? Of course not.
One thing I suggest we do is track all 14 sites going over on May 1. Every observation should be tracked and documented when any error, missing element or missing observation is noted.
Believe there will be a hefty amount of documented errors starting May ...
More fuel ... then the question can be ... if all these errors are common now, how much more can be expected when additional B's and A's are brought into the fold?
