Not at my station. It would be reported at every 6 hourly ob all summer long... 7900.5E 13.50 says "whenever there is more than a trace on the ground" - since it is reported in one inch increments, 4/001 is the smallest value reported. 1/2 inch rounds to 1. Not on Facebook - not enough bandwidth...
