What to do now? Thoughts please. Airlines are in the process of suing the FAA over furloughs and contract tower closures. I believe the airlines are still unaware of the FAA's plan to eliminate the CWO. I believe they are our only hope. Start by sending letters here wxobservers.freeforums.net/index.cgi?board=faa&action=display&thread=215and as hokiefan stated,, contact your Director of Operations. Don't just contact them once. Continually contact them. Maybe even set up a schedule with your fellow observers to set a schedule on who is responsbile to email whom on which day. Make them know you take your job seriously, your co-workers do and you can provide valuable information. That's a good option...make them realize that they need you and your co workers
