I am meteorological observer from Serbia. I have diploma of geological and hydrometeorological school in Belgrade and work over 2 years on Meteorological Observatory in Belgrade which is main meteorological station in my country. Do I qualify?

I would be interested in this position. I used to live in Pensacola and was a broadcast meteorologist for Panama City not too far away.
