then abi shoots themselves in the foot...TSB03...but NOT noted until the 1748 obs...delay of 45 minutes. no degradation. imagine the outcry of the FAA if a CWO were to put out this slop

AOMC has a ticket opened for KFLG missed observations, T-1 Down. Why isn't KFLG listed on the Missed Observations page then? Could it have to do with manipulating the reliablity percentages?

What a piece of crap job that is? I assume this is a C-Level FAA or FCT LAWRS site? Obviously, they cannot handle the weather and ATC duties and why would they be able to? This kind of stuff seems to be happening more often or are we just paying more attention to it? Either way, the job is not getting done and it's dangerous beyond what most of the flying community understands and knows.

A perfect example to provide with the FOIA information that no agency provides QC of the LAWRS program, in which the backup of longline communications is a part of. My problem is getting an elected government official to understand what I am talking about.
