KFMH is Cape Cod Coast Guard Air Station. Air Force and Coast Guard ASOS sites work differently than civil sites.
An observer is on duty but does not normally log into ASOS, and so the word AUTO is always there.
At obs time, the ASOS sends the METAR to a queue for the observer to look at and edit as necessary.
After the editing, the observer transmits the METAR.

Here is an example today from KADW Andrews Air Force Base:

For the 231758Z METAR, the AUTO METAR from the ASOS was COR'd in the queue and then transmitted.
For the 231858Z METAR, the observer was logged into the ASOS.
