Good link, TCU 2U2! What do you think, should we all call that number listed?
Democratic Press Office - (202) 224-8374

I called that number, and the Democratic Press Office gave me another number (202)224-9000. The page working that line told me to e-mail my concerns to the Legislative Assistant, Taylor Woods, at taylor_woods@commerce.senate.gov

The Staffer I talked to this morning was Tyler Roth. He is on the staff of John D. Rockefeller. He shared with me a way for us to get through to them to talk to the FAA about us would be to send a Statement of Record after the meeting has been held. We should only do that if they fail to bring any plans for us up in this meeting. If they fail to mention us, he said to send a Statement of Record directly to him at Tyler_Roth@commerce.senate.gov

Do you think we'll find something out tomorrow?

Do you think we'll find something out tomorrow? Find something definite out? I don't think so. I do think we'll be able to decipher through the political talk and somewhat figure out the FAA's plans regarding the sequestration and safety. I also think we'll all be able to confirm that there is going to be a lot of hot air blown at the committee stating no "degradation of service" from the FAA, that I am sure will get all of us even more pissed off. It's primarily going to be related to the control towers, just hoping that we get mentioned, especially in a positive "we are a vital to NAS" type of discussion. We shall see. On a related note, does anyone know if this is on CSPAN by any chance? Or is it just streamed online?

If safety is the number one priority wouldn't weather observers be like the most important group behind the actually tower personal??

Apparently not, so far there's been no mention of CWO's. Just towers, towers, towers.
