There are some things LAWRS does that I have never seen before! For example:

What caption goes on this cake? - LAWRS certainly took it... Can we bust 'em for stealing the cake? Who bakes it? We need to send 'em a Masterpiece.

wow! not only can LAWRS see cloudless TS...they can also determine sea level pressure movement! and I seriously doubt if LAWRS knows what VCTS means

What is to stop us from saying that ALDARS is full of shit, just like these LAWRS sites? For instance, if ALDARS is indicating LTG DSNT W and the lightning is clearly beyond 30 miles, couldn't we also indicate in remarks that there is nothing seen within 30 miles (seen being the key word)? Same could work for VCTS as well. Maybe something to the effect of: "LTG NOT SEEN WITHIN 30 MILES" or "NO TS IN VC" in remarks. I'm sure if Tom and Jerry don't like it, they'll let us know, but it's interesting that I've not seen one of their "error" reports on LAWRS and CWO site critiques in almost 2 year now!
What do people think about indicating in remarks what is really going on since, heaven forbid, we edit out ALDARS info.?

ALDARS 2 is coming... Does that mean double trouble? 7900.5d 2.4.a.(2)(f) - "any meteorological condition deemed operationally significant by the observer": I will feature accuracy, & if the cubicle clueless think that means I'm going to let ALDARS prevaricate they underestimate us rather severely. We're not beta testing their experiments, we're providing a higher level of safety.
